Originally from the beautiful island of Guam, I was raised through a life of adventure as part of a military family and eventually found my home in Illinois. I graduated high school early, earned my college degree with honors, and built a life centered on growth, connection, and service.

 

My kids know me as Mom (or occasionally Bruh), my friends call me Britt or Bomb B, and in the professional world, I'm Brittany—but at my core, I'm simply someone who believes in showing up with heart and making a positive impact wherever I can.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of bringing my passion for education to life across various settings including public & private schools, NFPs, hospitals & health departments, churches, a military base and maximum security forensic mental health facility to name a few.
 

Currently, I spend my time coordinating learning and development deliverables - supporting leaders and helping teams navigate change in ways that honor both the work and the people doing it, all while balancing my role in hospitality enhancing guest's wellness.
