The first half of 2026 has been full of love and blessings ✨ 

• Celebrated another year of life

• Started my own business

• Finished 5 books (mind you, never been a reader)

• Spoke up instead of self-silencing in uncomfortable situations and environments

• Strengthened my cherished relationships

• Let go of the ones that didn’t align

• Established new partnerships

• Made new friends, learned new skills 

• Changed my "on call" status to "full time" at FS STL

• Taught my 13th Mental Health First Aid class end in Q2
