Bold in Bama

Reminiscing when I stepped outside of my usual routine and traveled to Huntsville, Alabama for the 6th Annual Women’s Expo HSV+ Conference—and I’m so glad I did.

I don’t travel often, but this experience was a reminder of how powerful it can be to change your environment. Being surrounded by so many driven, creative, and purpose-filled women was both grounding and energizing.

From wellness to empowerment services, I had the opportunity to learn from women who are deeply committed to their crafts and to the communities they serve. There’s something special about being in spaces where growth, healing, and ambition all exist in the same room.

One of the highlights for me was showing up in support of my friend as she stepped into her role as a speaker. Witnessing someone you care about walk in their purpose never gets old—it’s inspiring on a whole different level.

I left feeling refreshed, connected, and reminded of the importance of community—not just for networking, but for shared learning, encouragement, and expansion.

Growth doesn’t always require a major leap—sometimes it looks like saying yes to a new space, new people, and new energy.

Grateful for the experience and everything it poured into me ✨ Still working on what to do with hands when photographed, LOL.
