Four Seasons, 4th Year

This month marks 4 years with Four Seasons.
In January 2023, I made the decision to step away from my full-time role and transition to on-call status so I could pursue an opportunity in learning and development within the mental health field.

Over the past few years, I’ve experienced incredible highs, unexpected challenges, and countless opportunities for growth. I’m proud of the work I accomplished—advocating for staff, sharing knowledge, strengthening training programs, and expanding my own skills as a trainer and facilitator. The experience has shaped me both professionally and personally in ways I will always value.
When I learned that my position would be ending three months earlier than anticipated, I would be lying if I said it didn’t shake me. But time and time again, I’ve seen doors open when others close, and I’ve learned to trust the process.
On June 30, I will bid farewell to ComWell and close a chapter that has been deeply meaningful to me.
On July 1, I will begin a new chapter as I return to Four Seasons full-time—an organization that has already welcomed me back with open arms, encouragement, and genuine joy.
I’m incredibly grateful for every lesson, every challenge, every colleague, and every opportunity that has led me to this moment. While the path forward wasn’t what I originally expected, it has reminded me that sometimes the next step is not starting over—it’s returning to a place that has always felt like home.
Here’s to new beginnings, continued growth, and embracing the opportunities ahead.
